Got a call from a customer who purchased Pet Freindly for Stain for a wool rug. Unfortunitely…
The product wasn’t used correctly, Pet Friendly For Stains is not designed for that, there is a special blend
needed for that, it also protects the rug from discoloration. In a nutshell I told her (and it’s on the bottle and website)
that you cannot use pet friendly for stains on a wool or natural fiber rug.
It works perfectly for all nylon rugs, but wool will have a differant reaction.
But…if you need it, I have a solution.
There is a special Pet Stain Remover, but it’s not available on my site and what you have to do is, contact me
