I got a call from a client that had a question as to what she should see after treatment. she looked for the stain with the blacklight first, then she treated the area for odor using Pet Friendly for Odor.

After that she used the Pet Friendly for Stains. But after using both she check the next day using the black light, I should the same spots and wonder why?

It’s simple…the reason is that once your pet urinates. you will always see the original stain using a black light.

Then I asked her could she see it WITHOUT the black light? She sad no. I told her it’s because the product (and any other product) will not remove the history of what happen. But will remove the odor and stains.

That clears that up. So if you treat the odor and stains and NOT use a black light you will not see nor smell the pet urine concern.
