I got a question from a prospect he asked the following…
“i rent an apartment with all wood floors. the tenant had a cat and it left a bad urine odor in the apartment when the tenant left. how do i find the spot(s) the cat urinated so i can get rid of the odor.(reminder these are wood floors)” Paul E.
Thanks for asking Paul, first you need a black light, this will allow you to easily find the deposits, secondly you need Pet Friendly For Odors. It’s guranteed to remove the odor quickly and most importantly, For good! All you do is spray it on and it’s done. of course depending on the level of contamination, you may have to treat it a few times. Usually two to three times for severe odor concerns.
If you have any other questions, let me know.
By the way, we have them in gallons so you can make sure you have enough.
One other thing I should tell you, I own a carpt cleaning co in naperville IL, I have many appartment complexes that need my service for pet odor removal and pet stain removal, especially cat urine. so I understand your concern, and since I can;t be thier to personally help you, this is the easiest guaranteed way to get results.
