I received this email today from a prospect who was frustrated…

“Both my dogs and my cats keep peeing on the carpet. WHY, I don’t know. However, I have spent a small fortune buying products that claim to break down enzymes and that I can use in steam cleaners. I now have sticky, smelly carpet. Can this stuff be used in a steamer? How can I clean an entire room??”

Cindy thanks for asking. You cannot use it in a cleaning unit, you must use it straight. Here’s why. If you use them in a cleaning unit, it will kill the bacteria’s that creates the effect needed to get the results.

Secondly, it is never a good idea to try cleaning it out, you must treat

The spots you discover using a black light. Then treat the top, bottom and possibly the subfloor.

The only way you’ll ever get complete results, is know EXACTLY where the deposits are. As mentioned the blacklight will help you with that, then

Use a good enzymatic based product to get the results you want.

Of course I’m bias and believe I make the most powerful product on the market, my science testing proves that,(especially when you compare it to what the other guys say is in their products) our results prove that out.

By the way…you may need a syringe to inject the product beneath the surface, because whenever you have more then 2-3 deposits in any given spot, it is always a good idea to inject those areas with Pet Friendly For Odor…

The bigger the spot, the more you’ll need for complete success.

Based on your concern, I would recommend The Odor Advantage Pak.

It has everything you’ll need to take care of your odor concern.
