You’ll need to seal the cement floor with a concrete sealer. I have two options for you. First you can buy kilts. or if you are going to cover the floor afterwards, I’d recommend shellac. It will give you the same thing as kilts. I also recommend that you have a Black Light to find EXACTLY where the deposits are.
This will give you the advantage you need.
