Got this question today…

“Thinking of buying a home that the urine odor from the pets has caused the carpet to be removed before even showing. Concrete slab soaked. Will your product work?? what about the wood and I will of course replace bad pieces of sheet rock. But again will your product work???”

Yes Bill it will. The key Bill is getting to the source. You may need some sealing of the floor. (shellac it) it will create a odor barrier. Then you

Can apply my product and get the success you need.

Andre’

P.s. as for wood it is not good to apply shellac to it if you want to show the wood. Remove of the board is what I recommend and secondly, sanding it and sealing it again. Look for a no dust wood floor refinisher would be good. Thus reducing dust.
