I used Pet Friendly For Odor product, but I still have odor. What am I doing wrong? I also used your black light to find all of the areas. It's about a 2 by 3 foot area, it is working but I can still see the deposits after I treated them, but only when I use the black light... why is that and should I do about it?

  2. OUR CAT HAS BEEN PEEING ON CARPET IN OUR HOME FOR LONG TIME, WHEN YOU COME IN HOUSE FROM OUTSIDE, IT KNOCKS YOU DOWN, I TRIED EVERYTHING,AND SOME OF URINE IS VERY OLD,,,,,WHAT TO DO, I KNOW THE PADDING AND FLOORING IS BAD TOO AND CAT HAS BEEN PEEING DOWN THE REGISTERS TOO, WE LIVE IN MOBILE HOME, WHAT TO DO?

  3. I have a pretty bad cat urine odor problem. I have a un -spade female cat, she’s 4 and litter trained, but she insists on making on my floor sometimes when she’s in heat. Previously she only did it on the kitchen floor so its noticeable and easily cleaned up. I recently placed a new piece of furniture in a corner of my dining room and she has been making behind it. I didn’t really notice it until I was sitting on the floor and the smell was really bad. I assumed she then had been using this spot for some time since it was dry. There was no visible stain on the carpeting so I checked and lifted the carpeting and removed a piece of the padding since it was soaked with urine. I also used a black light to see if there was any where else she was doing her business, so far this is the only spot. I live in an apartment so removing the carpeting completely isn’t an option. The spot viewed from the underside of the carpeting is about a 12”x 6” stain right in the corner piece of the carpet. After searching and reading lots of good reviews, going to a pet supply shop and also hearing nothing but good news and “that there is not much out there better than this stuff.” I decided to buy the original Nature's Miracle brand odor remover.. Followed the instructions exactly and fully saturated the urine spot.. Actually I used the whole bottle over the course of 2 days. She marked the spot again after the first treatment so I cleaned the new wet stain and used more Nature's Miracle. It has intensified the smell its now making the whole place smell like extremely potent cat urine. I looked around at a few sites that suggested using a fan or a plastic bag over the wet treated area…no success.. still! Am I doing something wrong??.. Is my kitty out to get me?.. lol Is it normal for the urine smell to get much worse before Nature's Miracle starts working?.. I don’t understand how so many people can have such great immediate success even using this product on large areas and me just using it on one spot making it a lot worse!?.. not only that but it seems like she’s more attracted to the spot more than ever since using the product.. maybe because it has a stronger pee smell now.. Any suggestions for products or methods to get this nasty urine smell out of my carpeting are so very much appreciated!! I’m at my wits end and tired of smelling kitty pee pee.
